Terms and Conditions: Win a trip to Singapore Festival of Football Competition by WFL
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Singapore Festival of Football Trip Competition (“the Competition”). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility:
- The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, regardless of nationality or residency.
- Employees of the organizers, sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
- By participating, you warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Competition Period:
The Competition will commence on Thursday 1st June at 09:00 (Singapore Time) and conclude on Sunday 16th July at 23:59 (Singapore Time). Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
How to Enter:
- To enter the Competition, participants must pay the competition fee as specified during the entry process.
- Upon payment of the competition fee, participants will be enrolled into a lucky draw to win a trip to the Singapore Festival of Football for 2.
- All entry details must be complete and accurate. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be deemed void.
Lucky Draw:
- The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition period.
- The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the closing date, under the supervision of an independent party appointed by the organizers.
- The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry process within seven (7) days after the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification, the organizers reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
Prize:
- The winner will receive a trip for 2 to the Singapore Festival of Football.
- The prize includes a pair of platinum tickets to the winner’s preferred match, round-trip flights, and accommodation for the duration of the festival.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Any additional expenses not specifically stated as part of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
Publicity:
By participating in the Competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity activities, including but not limited to providing photographs and testimonials for promotional purposes.
Disqualification:
- The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or engaged in any fraudulent or unethical activities.
- The decision of the organizers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Limitation of Liability:
The organisers, sponsors, and their respective affiliates, agents, and employees shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the participation in the Competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Privacy:
All personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
